Trust

Controlled answers need controlled operations.

KlartSvar pilots are scoped around approved sources, narrow visitor workflows, human escalation, and measurable answer quality. These are the trust questions a cautious buyer should raise before launch.

GDPR and roles

KlartSvar is scoped to operate on approved company information and avoid unnecessary personal data. For pilots, controller/processor roles and processing instructions are confirmed before launch.

DPA

A data processing agreement can be included for corporate or public-sector pilots before any production data is connected.

Data retention

Pilot retention is defined in the scope: question logs, answer reviews, and handoff records should be kept only as long as needed to measure quality and improve approved sources.

AI model and subprocessors

The default language model is OpenAI. We work with all major LLM providers and can select or switch the model based on your security, hosting, or procurement requirements. The full subprocessor list (hosting, AI, analytics, delivery) is shared during pilot setup.

Hosting

Hosting and region requirements are confirmed before rollout. Enterprise or public-sector buyers can raise region, isolation, and procurement requirements during pilot scoping.

Human escalation

KlartSvar is designed to hand off uncertain, sensitive, or out-of-scope questions to staff instead of improvising an answer.

Audit logs

The pilot should track visitor questions, source usage, unanswered topics, escalation reasons, and answer-review decisions so operations can judge whether the system is safe to expand.

Pilot guardrails

Bring your data, security, and escalation requirements into the pilot scope.
